On the complaint of Shri Manoj Singh Harihar Singh, a case has been registered
at Kachigam Police Station, Daman
Brief Facts: That on April 20, 2025, around 20:30 hours, the motorcycle rider namely
Subhashkumar Vakil Singh was riding his moped (GJ-15-AR-0811) from D-Mart junction
towards Vad Chowk. While he reached near Vad Chowk, a Tanker (HR-38-W-7319)
dashed against the moped, resulting in the death of the rider namely Subhashkumar Vakil
Singh and his two children. FSL Team was called on the spot and Panchnama of the spot
was drawn in presence of FSL Team and the said vehicle was seized by police. The
accused driver of Tanker No. HR-38-W-7319 namely Santosh Kumar Yadav S/o Bakhedi
Singh Yadav was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court, Daman on 21/04/2025
and presently in Judicial Custody and further investigation is in progress.
