On 10th August 2024 at 9.00 am, the Daman Municipal Council (DMC) organized a Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra as part of the National Campaign “Har Ghar Tiranga 2024” under the aegis of Azaadi ke Amrit Mahotsav. Tree plantation drive in various wards led by Councilors and local public. Around 150 people participated in the event. National flags was also distributed by the President and Councillors to all the attendees. This event showcased the community’s spirit and commitment to celebrating India’s 78th Independence Day while promoting environmental consciousness.
