DECLARATION
WHEREAS, vide Preliminary Notification No. 3183lLND-ACQ12020-211504 dated
05/02/2021, it was Notified under section 11 of the Right to Fair compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the
lands described in the Schedule annexed with the said Notification was needed or likely
to needed for the public purpose, namely for the purpose of Acquisition of land for
widening of road starting from NH-848B Junction to Tin Batti, Nani Daman.
WHEREAS, as required under subsection (2) of section 15 of the Right to Fair
compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement
Act, 2013, objection were accorded personal hearing by the Collector, Daman on
04/05/2021, and a report was submitted to the Government Authority i.e. Administration
of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & D~LI for the proceed with acquisition process and
the same has been approved by the Appropriate Government i.e. Administrator of
Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
AND WHEREAS, the UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman &
Diu is satisfied on the basis of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in
Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the said land as
described in the schedule hereto hereafter referred to as the said landllands is need for
the public purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby declared under the Provision of Section 19 of
the Land Acquisition & Rehabilitation Act that the said lands are required for the public
purpose, namely, Acquisitio~i of land for widening of road starting from NH-8488
Junction to Tin Batti, Nani Daman. by Gaurav Singh Rajawat
