December, 2023 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Dadra & Nagar
Haveli and Daman & Diu, Shri. Dumbere Milind Mahadeo, IPS, was promoted to Inspector General of Police.
Similarly, vide order of even number issued by the
Ministry of Home Affairs, Shri. Amit Sharma, IPS, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
and Shri. Rajendra Prasad Meena, IPS, the Senior
Superintendent of Police, Daman were promoted to the rank of Deputy Inspectors General of Police.

The piping ceremony of these officers was held at the Secretariat by Shri. Praful Patel, The Hon’ble
Administrator of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu and Lakshdweep and the officers were given their new ranks. The Hon’ble Administrator gave best wishes for
their future career.
