PUBLIC AWARENESS AND WARNING AGAINST DANGEROUS STUNT RIDERS
The Daman District Police Department urges all citizens, especially young riders, to
refrain from performing dangerous stunts on public roads. A recent incident has come to light
where a youth was caught on video performing a risky stunt on a moving motorcycle on the Nani
Daman-Kalaria Main Road. The rider, identified as Sachin Ramanand Chorasiya (22 years), r/o-
Prince Building, Dabhel, Nani Daman was seen standing on the running bike and eventually fell
on the road, putting his life and the lives of others in grave danger.
Following a thorough investigation, Kachigam Police Station has registered Cr. No.
09/2025 under Section 281 of BNS and Sections 177 & 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act against
the accused. Legal action is being taken to ensure that such reckless behavior is discouraged and
strictly dealt with.

- Stunt riding on public roads is illegal and poses a severe risk to the rider and other road users.
- Strict action will be taken against anyone found engaging in such dangerous activities.
- Parents and guardians are urged to counsel young riders against reckless driving and ensure
they follow traffic laws. - The public is encouraged to report any such violations to the police
