Theft Case at Radhey Plastic Industries, Daman – 3 Accused Arrested, 1 Juvenile

Kachigam Police Station has successfully detected a theft case reported at
Radhey Plastic Industries, Somnath, Daman. A case vide FIR No. 45/2025 u/s 306, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was registered on 10/09/2025 on the complaint of Shri Gaurav Atulbhai Desai (Age: 36 years, Owner of Radhey Plastic Industries).
On 10/09/2025 at about 03:00 hours, during routine patrolling, PCR-II staff namely constable Dhaval Patel and PCR-V staff namely constable Manish Patel intercepted four persons moving suspiciously on a moped vehicle with 07 plastic granule bags. On questioning, they admitted to having stolen the bags from Radhey Plastic Industries.
Further interrogation revealed that accused Munir Rasheed Havaldar, who was employed as Supervisor at the said factory, had conspired with his associates namely (1) Raj Kumar Maurya, (2) Naresh Karanchand Thakor, and (3) one juvenile to commit theft.
In total, 12 plastic granule bags worth approximately 35,000/- were stolen and the same was recovered and seized under panchnama and the moped which was use in the
committing the crime was also been seized. The matter was promptly reported to the factory owner, who confirmed the theft.
Accordingly, all three accused were arrested and produce before the Hon’ble court, daman on 11/09/2025 and presently in Judicial custody, while the juvenile was apprehended on 12/09/2025 and produce before the Juvenile court and his guardianswere informed as per legal procedure.
