ROBBERY CASE CRACKED ARRESTED 03 ACCUSED AND
APPREHENDED 02 MINORS WITH COMPLETE RECOVERY*
Brief of the case:- The complainant along with his friends came to visit Daman
from Vapi. While returning from Daman near Nani Daman, four unknown
persons riding a moped and a bike forcibly abducted them and robbed three
mobile phones and Rs.1400 cash from the complainant and his friends. In this
connection, FIR u/s 323, 341, 392, 365, 411 r/w 34 IPC was registered.
Investigation:- Based on the accused description provided by the complainant,
and on the basis of human intelligence, fieldwork was carried out, and the
said bike and accused were identified.
Arrested persons:- 03 major accused were arrested and 02 minor boys involved
in the crime were also apprehended.
(1) Karan Ramesh Shinde,
(2)Aakash Vijay Halpati,
(3) Chirag Kishan Makwana have been arrested and two minor boys have also been
apprehended who were also involved in the crime.
Recovery:: The entire robbed articles
Three (3) mobile phones
Rs.1400 cash
Two bikes used in the commission of crime robbery.
