WHEREAS a disciplinary proceeding against Shri T. S. Sharma, Survey & Settlement
Officer/Mamlatdar, DNH, Silvassa is contemplated.

NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule
(1) of Rule 10 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965,
hereby places the said Shri T. S. Sharma, under suspension with immediate effect.
It is further ordered that during the period that this order shall remain in force the
headquarter of Shri T. S. Sharma, Survey & Settlement Officer/Mamlatdar, DNH, Silvassa
should be Dadra & Nagar Haveli and the said Shri T. S. Sharma shall not leave the
hea ters without obtaining the previous permission of the undersigned.
The payment of subsistence allowance and other allowances will be in accordance
with and subject to the conditions laid down in F.R. 53 and other rules/instructions
governing these payments. And

Officer/the then Mamlatdar (Khanvel), DNH is contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule
(1) of Rule 10 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965,
hereby places the said Shri Brijesh Bhandari, under suspension with immediate effect.
