दमन में भारतीय न्याय संहिता – 2023 की धारा
103 के तहत बच्चों की माँ सीमा यादव पर एफआईआर संख्या 04 / 2025 दर्ज की गई
है।

21 जनवरी 2025 को लगभग 00:25 बजे, CHC, मोती दमन से एक कॉल प्राप्त
हुई, जिसमें बताया गया कि दो बच्चे एक इमारत की चौथी मंजिल से गिर गए हैं।
जानकारी प्राप्त होते ही पुलिस कर्मी CHC, मोटी दमन पहुंचे, जहां यह पुष्टि की गई
कि दोनों बच्चों को मृत घोषित कर दिया गया था। बच्चे, जो भाई थे, TRV, दलवाड़ा,
नानी दमन के निवासी थे।

103 के तहत बच्चों की माँ सीमा यादव पर एफआईआर संख्या 04 / 2025 दर्ज की गई
है। जांच के दौरान यह पता चला कि पति और पत्नी के बीच झगड़ा हुआ था, जिसके
बाद आरोपी महिला ने दोनों बच्चों को एक-एक करके बालकनी से फेंक दिया। फिर उसने
खुद कूदने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन पति ने उसे पकड़ लिया। आरोपी महिला को
गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और आगे की जांच जारी है।

On 21st January 2025, at around 00:25 hrs, a call was
received from CHC, Moti Daman, reporting that two children
had fallen from the 4th floor of a building. Upon receiving the
information, police staff reached CHC, Moti Daman, where it
was confirmed that both children had been declared dead.
The children were residents of TRV, Dalwada, Nani Daman.
An FIR No. 04/2025, under Section 103 of the Bharatiya
Nyay Sahinta-2023, has been registered at PS Kadaiya
against Seema Yadav, mother of the deceased children.
During investigation, it was revealed that there was a quarrel
between the husband and wife (parents of deceased children)
following which the accused woman threw both the children
from the balcony one by one. She then attempted to jump
herself but was caught by the husband. Accused lady was
arrested and further investigation is ongoing.
